What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) for each signer, plus the unsigned documents. Do not sign beforehand β most notarizations require signing in the notary's presence.
How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments take 15β30 minutes depending on the number of documents and signers. Loan signings typically run 30β45 minutes.
How much does it cost?
California law sets the maximum at $15 per signature for acknowledgments and jurats. A travel fee applies for mobile visits and is always quoted upfront before you book.
Are you available evenings or weekends?
Yes β appointments are available 7 days a week, including evenings, by arrangement. After-hours visits may include a surcharge, quoted in advance.
